My name is Erin (She/Her), and I have been a RMT for 20+ years! I am a proudly Queer and neurodivergent (neuro-spicy if you will) business owner, parent, partner and student. I strive to provide a welcoming, inclusive, and safe space that allows you to fully relax, be yourself while we focus on your health and well-being. I am delighted to welcome you to So F*ing Zen Integrative Massage Therapy!

​I am a strong believer in integrative therapies, and know that there is no one size fits all approach to health and well-being. I work with my clients to find the root of the issue and incorporate a body, mind and spirit approach. In my practice I promote self-acceptance, self-love, self-belief and self-care and passionately work to educate and empower people to invest in themselves!

Join us for our Treat Yo'self Valentine Workshop! 🔥🔥🔥 Join us for some amazing and fun Valentine themed classes where we will love on our gorgeous curves, and get all sensual and sexy on the dance floor. Very beginner friendly! Sign up for both classes, or pick your drop-in!

Sexy Sass with Queen J (Beginner)
Come learn some sexy moves for all levels with Queen J. No experience needed, just a desire to move and groove!

Guest Class: Sensuous Sultry Self-Love Stretch Class with Erin from So F*ing Zen!
Come connect with your gorgeous selves while we add a little spice to our practice. In this CHAIR Yoga/Stretch class we will slow things down and combine some sultry stretches & sensuous grooves with some beautiful breath work & self love meditation. This class will be done with chairs, however please still bring your mat and as always feel free to being any blocks or cushions to support your practice. Accessible for all skill levels.
