There is a "theme" each day (see below) and there will be a related meditation and perhaps even a handout or two ;)

I'm currently reading this beautiful, challenging book by Kaitlin Curtice and the end of this chapter spoke loudly.

I'm choosing resistance in the community realm by bringing together a diverse group of people to engage in yoga together as a community. We are building such a tremendous commitment to community.
