We’ve just added a NEW phone line dedicated to appointment confirmations! ✅

Our email confirmations that allow you to confirm online are sent out 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.

To help reduce late cancellations and no-shows, our amazing administrative assistant will now be calling ANY UNCONFIRMED appointments 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to confirm your spot. 🗓️

Why is confirming your appointment so important? Good question. Here’s why! 👇🏼

In a service-based industry like ours, it lets us know you’re coming! Relieving stress 😅. Late cancellations and no shows directly impact our business, the livelihood of our team and takes away from patients on the waitlist. This is why we have cancellation policies in place to protect us! 🌟
