Transmute came about a few years ago after my personal struggle for many decades with chronic depression and anxiety disorders. As I continued to search for ways to feel better and minimize the symptoms I was having, I found Reiki (or maybe Reiki found me!). Reiki energy helped me feel more balanced, grounded, less anxious, and rejuvenated with daily practice. It has been a beautiful journey thus far, from becoming a Reiki Master/Teacher, to discovering I have other energetic gifts and abilities such as being Intuitive, an Empath and a HS Person. The verb Transmute means "to change or alter in form, appearance, or nature and especially to a higher form" (merriam webster definition) and this definition really resonated with me. I feel I have transmuted the more shadowy parts of my being towards a higher energetic vibration resulting in a more peaceful and balanced quality of life. I offer energetic healing services to help people find their own ways to learn how to self-heal. It is my honour and privilege to share my work with you :)
