Changing Tides

Changing Tides is a free eight week psycho-educational group for women in difficult adult relationships.

During the eight weekly sessions, participants learn to recognize healthy, unhealthy, and abusive relationships, as well learn strategies for effective communication, with a focus on self-care.

When: Tuesdays from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm starting May 8th.
Where: 356 Queen St.

We are selling tickets on a Homemade Lap Quilt. The tickets are one for $5.00 or three for $10.00. Tickets can be bought at our office, 356 Queen Street or call 506-458-8211 to pay by credit card. Draw date is Friday, December 20th at 12 pm.
