Costello House will be run by the non-profit NB Community Residences and is named after Const. Robb Costello, one of the officers killed while responding to a shooting at a Brookside Drive apartment complex in August 2018.

A building on Fredericton’s north side is well on its way to becoming a home for six adults living with a mental illness.

People have been asking what things we need for Costello house. Here is a start of a list:


Offices (2 in total)

4 Double beds ( Mattress, box spring, frame & quality water and bed bug resistant bed covers)

2 twin beds ( Mattress, box spring, frame & quality water and bed bug resistant bed covers)

Sheet Sets for all beds including, two sheets, two coverings, pillows & pillow cases.

6 Dressers
6 mirrors
6 chairs
6 waste baskets (metal or non combustable material)
6 laundry baskets (with covers)
6 Night Stands
6 lamps



Living Areas (2 in total)

2 Living Room sets

4 end tables

2 Tv's with stands/wall mounts

Kitchen Table and seating for 8 people ( Heavy Duty Quality) banquette seating is being built in but we still need chairs.
