What is our Yin and Massage class? Every night we set you up for the perfect dreamy end to your day!
A yin yoga class is led, setting you into gentle relaxing poses. Then our teachers (all RMTs) come around and gently assist and massage you in EVERY single pose.
You leave in such a relaxed state, you are ready for dream land 🛌💤.

The real star of the show! ❤️🐶❤️. Our final morning flow class, we were joined by this lovely gal! She made her rounds around the room, sharing love to each and every person. She added the perfect energy and smiled to end our class. Even resting in Savasana with some people.

Everyday starts with a gentle yoga series …. an afternoon workshop and closing with Yin combined with massage (with 3 RMTs). Yesterday’s workshop focussed on binds and twists… even more exploration and fun to come! 🙏🏻 ❤️
