Did you know our Chiropractors do more than just adjust?!😮✨

Our chiropractors have many tools to help you! This can include soft tissue therapy (pin and stretch, active release, instrument assisted soft tissue therapy), dynamic and passive stretches, joint mobilization’s, acupuncture, trigger point release, as well as rehab exercises. 💪🏼🙌🏼

If you are nervous about seeing a chiropractor for the first time, you have found the right spot!! There are lots of people we don’t adjust, and we work hard to find the treatment style that you are most comfortable with. 💁🏼‍♀️

If “cracking” the neck makes you nervous, that is OK!!! We don’t have to do that! There are many other things we can do to still help!
