To all my lovelies that struggle with judgement, hear THIS:
"Passing judgment on others won't limit their potential, it will only set up a bar of expectation around your own. The thing about judgement is that it appears to outward, but truly takes place inward. You create your own rules around what you deem acceptable or not, and then you must live by them. The more time you spend searching for reasons to invalidate another person's journey, the more you delay your own progress, your own growth. Healing is moving out from beneath the weight of your self-disapproval. It is unpacking the ways in which you've tied limiting beliefs around your concepts of the people around you, and recognizing how often your image of them was a projection of something you were unaware of within yourself. When you judge, you end up punishing yourself more than anyone, or anything else." - Day 195, The Pivot Year by Brianna Wiest
