đHigh Protein pumpkin loaf
1 cup large rolled oats
1 cup vanilla protein powder
1 cup pumpkin purĂŠe
1/2 cup milk of choice
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup flour
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp brown sugar (for topping before baking)
1. preheat oven to 350 F
2. In a bowl mix wet ingredients, pumpkin purĂŠe, milk and maple syrup.
3. In other bowl mix dry ingredients, oats, flour,baking soda, baking powder, salt and pumpkin pie spice.
4. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix well.
5. Spray a loaf pan with non stick spray or oil spray, pour batter into pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar.
6. Bake 30-33 mins in oven.
