My forever breakfast obsession! 🥞 Protein Pancakes (3 Ingredients)

Seriously, if you've got cottage cheese lingering in the fridge, you NEED to try these (especially if you struggle with the texture of cottage cheese). They're packed with protein and so simple! Never takes me more than 10 minutes to get everything ready.

Recipe:
2 eggs
1/4 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup cottage cheese
Blend it all together until smooth, then fry like regular pancakes. This should make about 2 medium-sized pancakes.

My favorite topping? Warm and juicy blueberry "coulis"! Just microwave some frozen blueberries for about a minute – perfection! 🫐🥞
