Kate graduated from the Atlantic College of Massage Therapy in Fredericton, New Brunswick, in 2024. Her approach to massage therapy emphasizes nervous system regulation and targeted therapeutic work to help reduce tension, increase mobility, and help to improve the overall wellbeing of her clients. Kate supports clients managing a range of concerns - including chronic pain, stress, fibromyalgia, and other conditions, drawing on techniques that are particularly beneficial for regulating the nervous system and promoting sustainable
wellbeing.
Kate is dedicated to tailoring each treatment to the client’s unique needs and is excited to continue developing her skills and knowledge
as an RMT.
Kate offers treatments such as relaxation, deep tissue and targeted therapeutic work, incorporating myofascial techniques and
stretching, as well as cupping therapy.
As is the case with all of our RMTs, Kate is dedicated to creating a welcoming, safe, and inclusive space where all clients (including neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ individuals)
feel respected and comfortable. She recognizes that everyone has unique sensitivities and needs and encourages open communication to ensure each session supports individual wellbeing.
Drawing on a trauma-informed approach, Kate is mindful of her clients’ experiences
and prioritizes their physical and emotional safety throughout their care.
Kate is excited to begin offering her treatments at Surface Float and we are thrilled to welcome her on board! ✨🙌
