Little Pep Talk If You’re in “Healing Mode” or “Fixing Mode” 🤗

There’s nothing ‘wrong’ or ‘broken’ about you... you’re just living in a paradigm of beliefs that say “this is normal” “this is who I am”

☀️ The most important (mental) meal of the day! 🗣

As you wake up in the morning you move through a hypnopompic state, meaning your critical mind is relaxed and won’t put up a huge fight agains new or seemily ‘unrealistic’ thoughts. Your body is nice and relaxed as well, so you’re not trying to overcome an hyper-reactive state.

When you’re in this calm state, it’s much easier to give your subconscious mind clear instructions (that aren’t muddled by emotional resistance and mental disbelief) which it will take as true and do all it can to feed it back to you!

Remember, your subconscious is always trying to prove you RIGHT - so give it suggestions that you WANT to be true and it will show you that it IS true.

It may sound “too easy” or even kind of cringe... but you have nothing to lose (and lots to gain 😉) by telling yourself “Today is going to be a great day!”

💞SHOW your Subconscious Mind what Feeling Good FEELS Like 🤓 And it will make it NORMAL 💫

Yelling at yourself to change and think ‘better’ and feel ‘better’ doesn’t make sense to your subconscious mind (the part of you that automates your thoughts/feelings).

Instead of trying to rationalize, force, or convince it to “feel better”... TEACH it what that MEANS.

Turn your awareness to things that naturally make you feel good...

A deep breath.
A photo of a loved one.
A reminder that you’re safe right now.
(Or a big ol’ positive affirmation rampage that lights you up!)

As you let negative ‘bad-feeling’ thoughts pass by and CHOOSE ‘better-feeling’ thoughts, you are literally retraining your brain to think more positively.

💞Be the Loving Authority to your Inner Victim💞

Self-Compassion + Self-Leadership

It’s okay to FEEL like a victim of certain circumstances, but you don’t want to stay there and claim it as your identity.

Acknowledge with kindness and non-judgment that you feel the way you do but don’t pile on to the victimhood.

Instead, help yourself feel supported, safe, worthy, and capable of moving forward by being the loving authority to yourself (one you maybe never had before).

You are valid in how you feel, and you are capable and worthy of growth and empowerment 💜

🥰 THIS is How to “Talk” to Yourself to Get What You WANT🙌

Who’s communicating with whom if it’s just YOU??

Your higher, observing self - the one that “sees” what you’re thinking, feeling and doing - wants something different than what your “experiential” self (the one thinking, feeling, and doing) is currently experiencing!

So your higher self needs to SHOW your experiential self what the EXPERIENCE of having what you want actually is!

It doesn’t require logic, force, or judgment... Just a TUNING IN to “What would be TRUE if I had what I want... How does if FEEL if those truths were REALLY true RIGHT NOW?”... And moving from THAT inner experience.

Soon enough, your experiential self will be thinking, feeling, and behaving as the version of you who has all the things your higher self is guiding you toward... and it will feel natural, effortless, and easy!

Because when you are able to COMMUNICATE with your SELF... you can always steer the ship in your FAVOR 🙌

REST! Just BE... And be OKAY (for a moment at least)

We all need genuine rest, where we feel safe, relaxed, and okay right here, right now.

Doom scrollilng, and lounging around with a knot of guilt and shame is NOT rest.

Regardless of whether you were frantically ‘hustling’ or avoiding brushing your teeth for 12 hours you still deserve time to feel at ease and safe in your body.

Turn off the screens.
Take a deep breath.
Put your hand on your heart.
And say, “I’m okay. I can just be for a moment.”
Close your eyes and REST in that.

You can’t hold CONFLICTING BELIEFS🫸😵‍💫🫷THIS is how to CHOOSE the WINNER 🏆

Often when we WANT to believe something (like “I can do this! I’m a success!) we already have a belief that thinks the complete opposite (like “I never do anything right. Success is hard and I don’t want to make myself miserable trying”).

Instead of trying to CONVINCE the old, unwanted belief to change, you need to TEACH yourself that the new belief is the TRUTH... by experiencing it AS true - CHOOSING it to BE true - Just for a moment, again and again.

You do this by tuning into the IDEA of it (forget what’s happened in the past, what’s happening now, or what you think will happen in the future). And just feel how it feels in your body, mind, energy etc. for that idea to be true without judgment.

As you practice this, you are retraining your subconscious mind to make the new belief NORMAL, and the old belief will fall away (and lose the battle).

Your mind LOVES repetition, so keep this little practice up, and your beliefs will shift in no time :)
