Here are some important updates from Caroline at Insight Counselling!

1. I'm now offering more after-school appointments - you can choose either 3:30pm or 4:30pm!

2. I will no longer be working Mondays, and this is to help me create more work/life balance as I continue to navigate a personal matter (self-care IS important!)

3. I am still available for current and previous clients! Just call 506-450-0016 to schedule.

4. I am not accepting new clients at this time. However, I'm supervising our amazing MACP intern Alex Good and he is taking new clients at a reduced rate - ages 7+

5. Yes, I do have a waitlist, but I encourage potential clients to keep an open-mind in seeing someone else as I don't have a timeline of when I'll be available for new clients again.

And remember to take a few deep breaths as the new school year begins. Transitions are HARD for everyone and our bodies and brains need time to adjust. You've got this!

Interested in fostering your child/teen's mental health this Summer? We've got you covered!

Caroline is open to new clients, and also supervising Alex Good, counselling intern (MACP), who is also taking on clients. He'll be with us until at least December (and we're hoping he'll want to stay after he's completed his practicum, because he's been a great fit at our practice!).

The good news? We have no waitlist, affordable options and BILINGUAL SERVICES!

Alex also sees ADULTS under the supervision of Monica Smyth, LCT, MACP, CEO and director at

Caroline can direct-bill most major insurance companies.
