🚨 Appointment Policy Reminder 🚨
We completely understand that emergencies and unexpected situations happen, and sometimes giving notice just isn’t possible. We truly try to extend grace whenever we can.
However, no-shows without any communication are unacceptable and will result in a 100% appointment fee.
To clarify our cancellation policy:
• 24+ hours notice – No cancellation fee
• Less than 24 hours notice to 12hrs – 50% of the appointment fee
• Less than 12 hours notice – 100% of the appointment fee
• No-call / No-show – 100% of the appointment fee
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Late cancellations and missed appointments prevent us from accommodating other clients who are waiting.
