Meet our Speaker: Megan Hooper is a communications leader, entrepreneur, and co-founder of Benefit Body Spa in Fredericton, New Brunswick. After more than 20 years leading corporate communications and PR for national organizations and global agencies in Toronto, Megan made the bold decision to leave a successful corporate career and return home to build something deeply personal and purpose-driven.

Alongside her husband and business partner, Marc Aubé, she launched Benefit Body Spa — Atlantic Canada’s first fully non-invasive clinic dedicated to functional wellness and regenerative aesthetics. Inspired by her own post-partum recovery journey, Megan became passionate about improving access to evidence-based, non-surgical solutions that support women’s health, confidence, and quality of life.

Today, she leads brand strategy, client experience, and community partnerships, while helping shape conversations around women’s health innovation, entrepreneurship, and leadership in Atlantic Canada.
