Country Garden Lane is a private resort like retirement residence designed for the comforts and specialities that can only be enjoyed at a facility where the maximum number of clients are five. Our facility is designed to provide private rooms and select home-made meals with fresh foods made daily in our kitchen, the aromas beckon our clients to gather, enjoy each others company for dinner and enj
oy delicious, healthy, fresh meals prepared by our specialty cook. Our clients can enjoy the amazing grounds overlooking the Saint John River Valley from our beautiful 1300 square foot patio, lovely gardens, outdoor furniture, dinning tables, chairs and umbrella's or enjoy the umbrella from the lovely shade trees. This gorgeous property also offers vegetable or flower gardening for those who enjoy the outdoors. Our seasonal gardens flower with Peonies, Japanese flowering quince, Flowering Crab, Day Lilies and a beautiful variety of perennials and flowering shrubs. Inside this beautiful luxury home you will find a lovely open living concept for the main home to include; a state of the art kitchen, lovely dining area, lounge areas both overlooking the river and surrounding the large fireplace, an activity centre, card game area and an abundant library for all to enjoy. Each private room has a wonderfully new bed, 500 thread count sheets, organic duvets or synthetic your choice, a reading chair, dressers, television, cable tv, dvd players, private half baths and professionally decorated. The second level of the retreat is a full condominium the that owners/operators live in monitoring, staffing and operating the facility. This is an assisted living facility in that all of the food is prepared and available at any time to our clients, all amenities are included and the grounds are maintained and operations monitored. However this is not a 24 hour care facility and no care is given clients are required to care for their own personal needs and be able to live comfortably in a home where all have the freedoms to come and go as they please, have friends in for bridge or have family in for special occasions as they would in their own home.
