Sign up for a 6-week Beginner Yoga Series! Choose your class: WED 6:00pm, THURS 4:30, FRI 11:30, SAT 10:30. One hour of stretching, moving, and feeling great. Over the course of 6 weeks learn basic poses and how we use props in Iyengar Yoga. This course is for all shapes and sizes, no experience necessary. We even supply all the gear! $75 for 6 weeks.
