Struggling and need someone to talk to? The province has launched the New Brunswick Addiction and Mental Health Helpline, a bilingual, toll-free, round-the-clock support service for anyone dealing with substance use, gambling or mental health concerns.

A team of trained clinicians called care coaches are now available to offer information, support and guidance to people who dial 1-866-355-5550.

Very happy to have an updated logo and banner for my practice of 24 years. Thank you Mia Art and Design.

The logo is the Dara knot (Irish) which highlights the Doire (Oak tree) and it’s symbolism for inner strength.

Notice that this Dara knot oak tree has some Rather unique leaves. They are footprints. We can take small steps every day to improve our outer world and inner selves.

The colour is the banner symbolizes both sunrise and sunset - endings and beginnings.

Each day we rise gives us opportunity to take small and meaningful steps.

Everyone has. Grief but not everyone is comfortable sharing their grief.

Here is a simple but powerful grief yoga practice that you can do from a chair.

It may really helpful for anyone but especially those who cannot get physical release.

NB Health Link is giving New Brunswickers without a primary care provider access to a network of family doctors and nurse practitioners. It offers in-person appointments, as well as the option for telephone and online appointments. Once registered, patients can call NB Health Link’s toll-free phone number or visit the online portal to be triaged to determine whether an in-person, telephone or online appointment is needed.
