Sundays are usually my favourite day to hit the gym, but today I wasn’t feeling it.

While I deeply believe in listening to our bodies (it’s something I support my clients with every day), there are also moments when we need a little loving self-talk and a gentle push forward.

Today was one of those days.
So I showed up anyway, and as always, I didn’t regret it.

Sometimes motivation doesn’t come first.
Sometimes it meets you after you begin.

I stepped outside to meditate in the sunshine for the 2✨2✨2 portal and a porcupine slowly walked up the street.

Spirit animal messages always arrive when we’re willing to notice.

Porcupine medicine is gentle yet powerful, a reminder of innocence, self-protection, and trusting your inner knowing. They don’t attack, they simply hold their boundaries. Soft heart, strong energy.

And on a 222 portal, a day about karmic release, forward momentum after the release and divine support, it felt like the sweetest confirmation:

🤍 Stay grounded
🤍 Protect your peace
🤍 Trust that you’re being guided

I paused and smiled.

What makes you lovable — exactly as you are.

Snowy mornings just hit different ❄️

Started the day with some inner child play… found a swing, felt the crunch of fresh snow under my boots, and went for it. Pure joy. Pure laughter. Pure “why not?” energy.

And yes, I fell off. 😂

But honestly? That’s the best part. Life feels lighter when you stop trying to look perfect and just let yourself play.

Winter grounding doesn’t have to look like doing more.

Sometimes it’s letting the cold kiss 😘 your skin and bring you back into your body.

Snow ❄️ on my face.
Breath slowing.
Mind quieting.

Nervous system remembering it’s safe to soften.

If you’re feeling scattered, anxious, or stuck in your head step outside for a moment.

Let the season meet you where you are.

❄️ Winter grounding practice:
• Step outside (even for 30 seconds)
• Feel the temperature on your skin
• Take one slow inhale through the nose
• Long exhale through the mouth
• Let your body arrive before your thoughts do

Nature has a way of doing the regulating for us
we just have to let it.
