In the Cognitive Psych school of thought, this may be attributed to Top-down Processing. Where we perceive external stimuli based on past experiences.

What glasses are you wearing? Are they serving you in how you perceive and connect with your external reality? What stories are they telling?

My old alter space in my living room Fredericton.

Now that I am living in a beautiful home in Dallas, Texas, I am looking forward to reusing this page and presenting my services to the DFW!

I will have a room totally dedicated to holding space for those who seek integration of the past and synchronicity with the present/future.

All thats left is a trip back to Canada to retrieve all my sacred items and charms.

Happy second day of Autumn. The energies of the Equinox and the full moon in Pisces can still be felt and utilized for the next few days.
Autumn marks the journey into darkness. Into facing ourselves, going inward, doing the shadow work. It is a time of heightened intuition (yin) and introspection. As it gets colder we slow down and stop to think, integrate and rapprochement it all come spring.
The Pisces full moon we had was perfect for letting it all go into the void. Pisces is the last sign and represents self undoing ong the ego. The final place the ego undures before being recycled onto its next destination.

Happy Mabon!
The decent into darkness is around the counter. The time when dark over takes the light and is more prevalent. Root cellars are filling with the efforts of summer. Mabon is a holiday of abundance and gratitude. When family's feast and celebrate everything leading up to harvest, since spring.
This Witches Thanksgiving we honor the reciprocal relationships we have cultivated with ourselves, one another, and nature. Let us drink mulled wine and cider 😋
