It's been a month now since Fredericton Naturopathic Clinic (Judah, Parissa and Erin) wrapped up the Stress Management Retreat held in Lucca, Tuscany. We are so grateful to Michelle from Mediterranean Lifestyle Retreats and her crew who hosted us for a week at the Villa, planned all our meals and excursions and took care of all the details!

The beautiful Tuscan setting and villa, the incredible fresh home cooked meals, the various excursions with incredible guides and of course the friendships that were forged within our group of travelers all made this the trip of a lifetime. We all came back with a piece of Italy in our hearts, and we hope to plan another retreat in a couple of years time!

In the meantime we are enjoying Italian inspiration in the kitchen, taking more time with meals, walking after eating and setting aside adequate time when rest is needed. Some of us now have a new "Happy Place" to escape to when are relaxing and meditating.

All we can say for now is Arrivederci Toscana e a presto!
