New class being offered with Angela Jones- Hatha Vinyasa

Hatha Vinyasa blends the traditional, still poses of Hatha Yoga with the dynamic flow of Vinyasa, offering a balanced mix of strength, flexibility, and mindfulness suitable for all levels. In this class you will be guided through a series of postures designed to promote alignment, stability, and inner awareness. As you move through each pose, you'll synchronize your breath with movement, fostering a deep connection between mind, body and spirit both on and off the mat.
