GLP-1s can quiet the food noise, suppress the appetite, and drop pounds rapidly. The relief that women feel is very real. Just last week one woman said she was starting to feel ‘normal’.

But there’s a part of the conversation that often gets missed.

Even the World Health Organization points to diet (more protein) and physical activity (more muscle) alongside these medications…but that still doesn’t cover what actually happens in real life, especially post medication.

Because it’s not just about the body: It’s how you think, respond, and handle those moments when life hits.

It doesn’t have to be all or nothing! It doesn’t have to be every day either. I still love delaying gratification, making something last a long time, and slowly savouring it when I choose to pair it with a very healthy option like this chicken, beet, cucumber, cabbage, spinach salad for lunch.
