Used once on a clean gymnasium floor and I chickened out. 😬 But I must say they felt way more comfortable than ice skates!

I wear a 6/6.5 sneaker and these fit well as I was told to keep some room at the toe.

Purchased at Sport Chek. FIREFLY brand.
Anti vibration system. Instructions included and tags still on so they could also be a great gift.

$80 Smell and look brand new!

I could say it’s the 104° humidity that we don’t get for long in Canada (so I think we feel it more).
I could say it was the prep to get ready for the Chicago conference, two long power packed days, flight cancellations and extra driving time, plus the two hour time difference but…
I know it’s more than just that. Health is a high value for me so I’m on it!

Day 23 update on my coffee journey. ☕️

I’ve had caffeine 2 times in the past 23 days…
1. 2 sips of Brian’s coffee while sitting at the market watching him enjoy it, then I reminded myself to simply enjoy him & the market vibe. 🥰
2. Today, 1/2 caf & 1/2 decaf for the 5+ drive home followed by Zoom sessions and a webinar tonight from 6-10 pm.

As many of you know, I don’t believe in restriction or tend to have an all-or-nothing thinking. Once I’ve been through the process and feel confident with it being doable and sustainable, I’ll share more of the why behind it, the process, the newest science/studies, and how to do it in a way that doesn’t create stress.

It actually has decreased my stress response and I’m loving how I feel, even more! 😀

My goal? Basically, to feel free yet in control like I do with my nutrition. I want to have it once in a while when I really want it and enjoy thoroughly, only have decaf a couple of times/week as I don’t want that habit either, and to use it occasionally on purpose to manipulate my system while in time zone changes.

I’m only experiencing a 2 hr time zone change but I’m also 5 nights without my usual optimal sleep. 😬

And one more thing… if I was going home and not working or participating in a webinar until 10 PM, I would’ve simply had decaf for the comfort and enjoyment of the ride home.

Would love to hear your thoughts… do you think I’m crazy or awesome? 😆
