We tend to believe we can delay taking care of ourselves. “There will be time later.”
But later isn’t guaranteed to look like today.

When movement was recently limited for me, it was a reminder that vitality isn’t something to assume…it’s something to prioritize daily.

But staying on track is about intention, clear goals, simple routines, visible progress, and accountability.

Most women don’t fall off track because they don’t care. They fall off because they’re trying to overhaul everything at once or they’re carrying it alone.

Can you help this couple? Diane Kinney and Brent Wright lost their home to fire on Feb. 15, 2026. Brent was burnt badly and is in the hospital in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Diane and Brent lost all their possessions in the fire. They are both retired and struggle to make ends meet. Sadly, they could not afford house insurance.

Friends and family are stepping up to donate their time and labour to clean up, gut the house, and rebuild. Diane and Brent have many people willing to help but the financial costs far exceeds what friends and family can contribute. Anything you can donate is greatly appreciated.

Here are 3 ways to help…

➡️ Etransfer her directly. She has automatic deposit so no password needed.

➡️ Donate plasma. They pay you to donate. You can see the compensation plan online. I called and asked for an example and they said a first time donor could be paid $100 three times in a row, depending on the amount of plasma. It may be $60-70 if it’s a lower amount. Emotions aren’t meant to be suppressed.
We’re meant to experience emotions and move through them.
When fear becomes paralyzing, it’s often because the amygdala is staying activated longer than it needs to.

Scent is one of the few inputs that reaches the limbic system directly. That means it can influence emotional processing before logic steps in. Not as a cure-all. Not as a shortcut. But as a supportive tool.
1% more courage today is better than 0% yesterday.
