Happy National Daughter’s Day, Bri. I love you simply for who you are❣️
Looking through these pictures made my heart smile. 🥰 I miss our late-night talks but I’m thankful for intentional FaceTimes, visits, and the adult relationship we share.

You stretch me and bless me… from pushing me to let go of what others think to teaching me to find the humor in life. 😍

We don’t always agree, but we listen to understand, love unconditionally, and care about what the other is doing and feeling.

Recharge means different things depending on who you ask:
…to regain energy.
…to refresh or restore.
…to get new energy or give it to something else.

For me, nothing recharges quite like being in nature. Breathing in fresh air, soaking up the beauty of creation, and letting those negative ions do their work…it restores my energy, focus, and joy so I can show up for the women I serve.

You do not have to exercise to lose weight. 🤔
I help women lose weight whether they can or can’t exercise. My goal is for you to be able to maintain your ideal weight regardless of your life circumstances and to put an end to this discouraging bandwagon thing.

I no longer stress about missing workouts when life happens. I’ve maintained while dealing with things like a very stiff neck from 3 previous whiplashes, my dad’s death, travel, relationship break up and more. Too many women stay stuck on the “bandwagon” pushing hard, then burning out, only to start over again. That’s not lack of willpower, it’s simply your brain going back to what feels familiar. I’ve been there! That’s why I created the Feel Light Mind and Body program.

Here's the best response to overeating that will empower you not disempower you.

Overeating is eating more than your body requires for fuel. Eating when you're not hungry… simply eating because it’s there, eating because someone offers it to you, maybe you’re looking for a way to give yourself a break, a reward after a hard day, when you’re sad, happy, bored, any reason other than you are truly hungry.

"Shame’s best friend is silence."

I took a client through a few steps when she came to our session with shame. I was proud of her for being so real and honest with herself and me. Just by sharing this openly, shame was losing some of its power over her.
