Introducing the Neurodiverse Hockey Program from Hockey New Brunswick!

This program will be FREE for all participants!

Hockey New Brunswick will be offering a neurodiverse hockey program in Dieppe, Fredericton and Quispamsis again this season!

The programs will be open to neurodiverse children between ages 5-17, with no previous hockey experience or skating experience required.

Programs will have a coach lead, volunteer group and local teams come to assist with each of the bi-weekly sessions.

(This program will not be open to players already rostered on a minor hockey team).

Skates, hockey stick, a helmet with a cage and a neck protector are mandatory.

Additional protective equipment is recommended (shin pads, elbow pads, pants, shoulder pads, jock/jill).

A Hockey New Brunswick jersey will be provided for each player.

We are very excited for a very special event we have been planning.

On May 18, we are hosting a semi-formal Gala at the Wu Center to gather with friends with good food and drinks. We have a very special speaker, Kaleb Dahlgren, who has had type 1 Diabetes since the age of 4 and is one of the Humboldt survivors. He wrote an excellent book called Crossroads detailing his journey and resilience along the way. I am eager to hear his story in person.

We are beyond appreciative of the generosity from our community.
