Meeting about your diet can be scary! We want you to know that our RD Anna approaches food wellness from an inclusive lens. If being confronted with a scale or talk of weight is triggering, Adica is a safe place to receive guidance about other aspects of diet that you’re interested in exploring.

It’s time! We haven’t raised rates since Dec 2023, but with the increased costs of business we’re bumping our service pricing to match other Fredericton establishments. It isn’t what we’d like to do but unfortunately, for staff and the business, it’s necessary. New rates will take effect January 5, 2026. HST is included in listed prices where applicable!

Acupuncture, dietetics, hypnotherapy, and reflexology will remain the same.

It’s flu season! This is a gentle reminder that we would prefer if you stay home when sick. If you visit for your appointment and are visibly unwell (cold and flu) we will ask you to leave to protect other clients and our team members from becoming ill. Please help us keep staff healthy for the holidays!
