Hi there! I’m the creative/crafter over here at the fashionable crafter in Fredericton, New Brunswick. I make country and rustic décor, as well as classic and girlie designs. I am inspired by nature (where are my fellow antler lovers at?!) and equally as inspired by my fashion idols Kate Spade and Coco Chanel. All of my products are things I want in my own home someday and nothing ever leaves my craft room without me being 100% pleased with how it turned out.
Although I create a lot of generic items, I love receiving custom orders and trying new things. Some of my best sellers were just created on a whim as a custom order and the rest, as they say, is history. I had always known I wanted to own my own business; so a couple years after graduating with my BBA from the University of New Brunswick I did just that. My first Christmas I specialized in wreaths, and the following year I added mugs and plates with quotes and words on them to my product line. This past year, I have begun making wood signs, glasses with vinyl on them, and even cake toppers! I absolutely love how diverse the fashionable crafter is becoming and I’m so grateful and blessed with how much support I am getting from my beautiful customers. I am truly the happiest when I’m fulfilling orders in my craft room, with country music playing and my craft buddy (my Golden Retriever) Hunter, by my side.
