We can assist you in making an informed decision based on your needs and goals. Dynamic Health Physiotherapy was formed in the summer of 2015 as a sole-charge physiotherapy clinic. Our practice is now on the north side of Fredericton, where we are pleased to serve the residents of Fredericton and the surrounding rural areas. Our main clientele are those who have difficulty with mobility or those who wish to regain or maintain an active, healthy lifestyle. Each visit is one-on-one and will be tailored to your individual needs and goals.

Did you know that using ice and heat can effectively manage shoulder pain and inflammation?

Ice can reduce inflammation and numb the area, while heat can relax tight muscles and improve blood flow.

❄️ Ice: Apply an ice pack to your shoulder for 15-20 minutes, several times a day, especially during the first 48 hours after injury or when inflammation occurs.

2️⃣ Gently pull your shoulder blades together, imagining you’re trying to hold a pencil between them.

If you’ve been hunched over a desk all day, Wall Angels are a game changer.

1️⃣ Stand with your back against a wall, feet about 6 inches away.
2️⃣ Press your lower back, upper back, and head into the wall.
3️⃣ Raise your arms to a 90-degree angle, keeping them flat against the wall.
4️⃣ Slowly slide your arms up and down, as if making a snow angel, for 10-15 reps.
