New this week, Thursday night Power Yoga is back! Introducing the Power Yoga Hour from 8- 9pm.

The Power (Yoga) Hour is a 60-minute, full-body flow designed to build strength, stamina, and mobility—without taking itself too seriously. Don’t be intimidated by the name: this class is accessible, adaptable, and welcoming to all bodies and experience levels. Hello friends, I'm a little under the weather so out of precaution I'm cancelling classes on Friday (60 minute core implosion at 7:15am) and Saturday ( 60 minute core implosion at 8:30 and Core in motion at 10am).

Hello Friends! Here's this weeks schedule!

Note that Thursday nights core implosion class is moving to Tuesday Night for the next two weeks, with a bonus implosion on Friday morning! Due to Xmas eve and New Years Eve "The Hot Yoga Qu**ky" and "Yin and Yoga Nidra" will be taking breaks this and next Wednesday night.
