Good morning! There are some PERFECT tides for Hot Sits and Cool Dips coming up this weekend! Saturday June 7 there are 2 slots available. 4-6pm and 630-830 pm and Sunday June 8 from 5-7pm. The cost for a 2 hour session at Pilot Bay (twin beach) is $160 for up to 4 people. Includes everything you need for a great sauna session!

Sauna pop up!!! This Sunday, November the 10. There is a PERFECT high tide for some cold plunges from 1100am right into the late afternoon. There are 2 time slots available. 11am-1pm, and 130pm-330pm. Price is $40 per person (4 people max for each time slot ) I will need a minimum of 4 people to reserve to bring the sauna down. Saunas do have scientifically proven health benefits. For example, they improve the immune system, help ease stress, improve cardiovascular function, increase blood circulation, reduce pain, etc. AND, its a great way to treat yourself as the weather gets cold and grey. Is there any intrest in a sauna and cold plunge tomorrow, Saturday Sept 28? Good high tide from 130ish to 7pm. I can bring the Wandering Sauna to Pilot Bay at Twin Beach
