A balanced nervous system supports our immunity, vitality, and overall physical, psychological, and hormonal health. Building our capacity for regulation is also an ethical form of care—for ourselves and for others—especially in times of uncertainty and change.
The following classes offer a space for safe connection, nurturance, rest, and rejuvenation, while gently building your capacity for regulation. Through trauma-sensitive, seasonal embodiment, breath-work, and meditation, we’ll tend to the body, mind, and nervous system together—supporting your steadiness, well-being, and resilience throughout the winter season.
