Welcome Laura!

✨Welcome Laura to our Homebody Team✨

Laura Notton is a Registered Social Worker, Psychotherapist, and Certified Sound Therapy Practitioner with 25 years of professional experience.

She will be offering a range of therapeutic services at Homebody, including traditional talk therapy, somatic therapy, and sound therapy.

Laura collaborates with clients to create personalized treatment plans that target their therapy goals while honouring their unique needs and lived experiences.

🎶 Laura will be hosting a community Sound Bath on June 21st at 6pm following our Open House at our new location- 21 Stone’s Mill

Just over a year ago, I had the incredible opportunity to attend a life changing retreat at “the northern edge” of Algonquin park. This beautiful soul Jocelyn Rose created a mantra meditation for us and is now on the cusp of releasing her album “Heartsong”.
