One of our community partners is changing the way it takes 911 emergency medical calls.

When you call 911, there is always a series of questions asked about the medical problem and information is provided to support the emergency care.

Now, there is a new series of questions that will be asked regarding the nature of the issue, prioritizing the most severe cases for immediate emergency responses.

Take a moment to listen to what our local 911 emergency medical service providers are changing, because it just might save a life!
