ReNew Physiotherapy We are an outpatient rehabilitation center located in Gander, NL providing Physiotherapy and Massage Therapy Services. Owned/Operated by Shawn Pye B.Sc.PT.

Renew Physiotherapy is located at 5 Gilmore Place, Gander, NL. (off Armstrong Blvd)

ReNew has three licensed Physiotherapists as well as two licensed Massage Therapists. We are proud to offer comprehensive assessment a treatment of orthopedic and sports related injuries/conditions. These injuries/conditions include, but are not limited to, neck and back issues, shoulder conditions (rotator cuff injuries, frozen shoulder), sprains and strains, tennis and golfers elbow, suboccipital and tension headaches, running injuries, overuse injuries, repetitive strain injuries, arthritic conditions, all sports related injuries, plus many more. Physiotherapists are licensed to treat with manual therapies, manipulation, modalities , exercise and acupuncture. We can develop exercise programs for specific for your conditioning and strengthening requirements. Massage Therapy services include relaxation, therapeutic, deep tissue and cupping. We offer daytime and evening clinics as well as noon time appointments for your convenience.

Update….just made my way up to check on the lot at the clinic, it’s not a nice day. We have 2 foot windrows blocking the entrance to the parking lot. I think to be safe we are closing the clinic for the rest of the day. Patients will be contacted and we will try to get everyone rebooked. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience but Mother Nature has decided this one! 😊

What a snowy morning! (Feb 15, 2024) Most people have been contacted but we are closed this morning. Snow clearing certainly is an issue with this much snow. We are planning to open at noon and will update here shortly. Remember to pace yourself and practice good body mechanics today and tomorrow when you are out at the snow clearing! 😊
