I’m running this super chill 75 day challenge for FREE to take daily action to be my best self
and I have invited my network to join! 🤩It’s going to be fun and just a messenger group of great women who want to make some forward progress by spring. Starts Feb 1. On Anna Bee Fit 75 Fun 🤩

So far I have this…open to changes or additions. Please don’t be shy to comment:

1. Follow a nutrition plan
One cheat meal one alcohol night per week

2. 30min workout per day
Even if it’s walking only

3. Drink min 1/2 your body weight in oz of water

4. Read 5 pages of a self development book, 15mins of a podcast or a 5min meditation per day

5. Facial ice bath 30sec x 3 daily (not sure about this one but I want to)

6. Take progress pics daily

WHAT TO AVOID FOR DINNER

While individual dietary needs and preferences can vary, there are certain foods that may be best to avoid or minimize in your dinner to promote better sleep and digestion. Here are five foods that you may consider avoiding or consuming in moderation at dinnertime:

• Spicy Food: Spicy food can cause heartburn, acid reflux, and indigestion in some individuals, which can disrupt sleep and lead to discomfort. If you're prone to these issues, it's advisable to limit or avoid spicy foods at dinner.

• High-Fat Food: Food high in saturated and trans fats, such as deep-fried dishes, fatty meats, and heavy cream-based sauces, can take longer to digest and may lead to indigestion or discomfort. Opt for lighter, leaner protein sources and choose cooking methods like grilling, baking, or steaming.

• Caffeinated Beverages: Consuming caffeinated drinks like coffee, tea, or energy drinks in the evening can interfere with sleep quality. Caffeine is a stimulant that can keep you awake and make it harder to fall asleep. If you're sensitive to caffeine, it's best to avoid these beverages or opt for decaffeinated versions.

Remember, it's important to listen to your body and pay attention to how specific foods affect your individual digestion and sleep patterns. Experiment with different meal choices and note how you feel after eating to determine the best dinner options for your personal well-being.
