The more you have in your room, the less room you have to move around, have fun and let go. So instead of filling our sacred rooms with junk, empty out the things that are taking up so much space in your head by putting them down on paper. Whether it be things you have got to do, emotions you're bottling up or ruminating over again and again... put it down on paper. 🗒🖊
You will free up some space to be present, to focus on one thing at a time, and you won't have to stress that you will forget to do it because you have it all down on paper 🙌 This will make your day more productive and your experiences richer ✨
