An amazing, wise group of women came to my Nature, Wisdom & Wellness Retreat. We had a wonderful time practicing Reiki, sharing stories, and meditating, and we were very moved by a Cacao Ceremony. We enjoyed the water and the hike to Eagle’s Nest Lookout. And now there are 6 more initiated or reinitiated Reiki Master practitioners from 3 countries who will spread their light Hurray!

Visiting the family and ancestors. I’m sitting beside the gravestone of my great- great grandfather who fought in the War of 1812 alongside his father. Also my parents graveside and my brother. It has become a tradition that I visit with a childhood friend and we have lunch at this diner that has been there forever also I think. All 8 tables filled and the best BLT and apple pie!
