Hygiène et salubrité dans mon milieu de travail
Comment faire pour optimiser notre sécurité dans un environnement de travail comme le mien ?!?
Mon ordre de masso m’a offert des webinars intéressants à ce sujet que j’ai bien apprécié 😊
Comment attrappe-t-on un virus tel que le Covid?
-Par voix respiratoires, la bouche, le nez, les yeux, bref: la respiration et le visage.
Est-ce que je peux attraper le Covid par la peau?
Non. Par contre, le virus peut rester sur ta peau. Tu peux devenir infecté SI tu te frottes les yeux ou autres endroits mentionné ci-haut APRÈS t’avoir frotter les mains sur l’endroit où le virus s’attache SUR ta peau.
Ceci dit, je peux vous masser le corps sans gants sans vous mettre et me mettre en danger.
Mesures de précautions :
-Confirmer votre bonne état de santé à la réception à votre arrivée.
-Je vous demanderai de vous laver les mains avant votre traitement. Ceci permet de détacher et tuer au moins 50% des virus qui peuvent se retrouver sur vos mains (et vos coudes si vous toussez/éternuer) dans le creux du coude.
-une fois dans la salle : liquide Purel (ou un autre antibactérien dans la même famille). Ceci tue 98% des virus restant.
-Durant le massage: port du masque, vous et moi, lorsque vous êtes couché sur le dos. Le masque vous protège des virus des autres et protège les autres de vos virus 😁
Comme mentionné dans mon dernier message : pas de masque, pas de traitement. J’ai des masques jetables dans mon local à $1/masque.
-Entre CHAQUE traitements :
Je stérilise ma salle: ma table de massage, les bancs et autour d’eux, les poignets, les crochets, etc...
En plus de me laver les bras jusqu’au-dessus des coudes, je me change de gilet de travail et de masque.
Paiement par ‘tap’ sur la machine de carte de crédit/interact pour terminer.
Vous voilà maintenant à la fin de votre séjour à notre clinique !

Hygiene And Safety In MY Work Environment
How can I optimize health and safety in my work environment for my clients and for myself?
My order for massage therapist are very kind to offer us free webinars concerning this very subject which are very informative !
Let’s get the basics out of the way: how does one catch a virus? You can be infected with a virus by respiration, by mouth, nose, eyes.
Can a person catch Covid or a virus through their skin? NO, you cannot. However, the virus can attach itself on the surface of your skin. That being said, you could get infected if you were to rub your eyes or touch other areas mentioned above AFTER you have touched your skin where a virus is attached...
I can therefore treat you, no gloves on, and be covid free...with extra precautions. Here is a list of these extra precautions:
-You will confirm your good state of health to the receptionist as you come in for your appointment.
-I will ask you to go wash your hands before you come in my room. People can also wash the inside of their elbows if they know they’ve been coughing or sneezing in them too. This should detach the virus if you have some in your hands and kill about 50% of them as well.
-Inside my room, I will ask you to put some Purel or another form of antibacterial liquid on your hands. This will kill 98% of the viruses that could still be on your hands after you have washed them.
-During the treatment, only while you are lying on your back, I will ask you to put a mask on. I will be wearing one as well. Wearing a mask will protect you from other peoples viruses and protect others from your viruses! 😉
As I mentioned in my last message, no mask, no treatment! I have some throwaway masks available for you in my room should you need one for $1.
In between EACH clients, I will disinfect and sterilize my room. Here is a list of things I will be doing in between treatments:
-Disinfect my massage table, seats, the floor around them, door k**b, hooks, etc..
-I will be washing my arms all the way over my elbows.
-I will be changing my blouse and the mask that I was wearing.
Payment will be made by credit card or interact machine. It has the ‘tap’ option !
After all of this, your stay in our clinic is over 😄
