Caffein is addictive neuro-toxin.

The illusion of being “alert, awake and focused” is explained simply because your body is trying to “fight” the poison… your adrenals are stressed and your “blood brain barrier” restricts blood flow (up to 60% less oxygen) to the brain, to protect itself.

Flight or flight isn’t happiness…it’s a defence mechanism.

Water and plants are the purest givers of energy.

If you are not giving with your Heart, you are out of alignment with the water and plant world.

The nature of water shows us how to be fluid and flow with our emotions. This does not mean we don’t get angry, sad or have energetic outbursts, but if we express our emotions in alignment, we move the energy through and out of our body with no residual or « leftover » charge that stays within our energy field and grows or becomes something else.

The key is to « give » our emotions with tenderness, empathy and compassion, in a clear, truthful and authentic expression, in all our naturalness, as our truest and highest selves, in balance and harmony with everything and everyone we experience.

If we misuse the energies of e-motions (energy in motion) we are prone to sickness, illness and dis-ease…and often a premature death.

Flow with your emotions with ease and grace….💪
