Départ d'Alexandre à venir | Alexandre's departure is coming

Chers clients, chères clientes,
Je vous écris aujourd'hui pour vous annoncer qu'après cinq belles années à la Clinique chiropratique des Allumettières, je quitterai mes fonctions de massothérapeute à la fin du mois de mai 2026. Ce départ coïncide avec la fin de mon parcours de cinq ans en ostéopathie et mon établissement prochain à Rouyn-Noranda, en Abitibi, où j'ouvrirai ma pratique.
Une transition réfléchie Mon arrivée à la clinique en mai 2021 marquait le début d'un grand projet : celui de parfaire mes connaissances pour mieux vous accompagner. Bien que je quitte la région, mon engagement envers votre santé demeure ma priorité d'ici mon départ. Le Dr Poulin et moi travaillons activement sur une stratégie de transition afin de vous proposer des alternatives de soins de qualité au sein de la clinique, pour que vous ne vous retrouviez pas sans ressources.
Ce que j'emporte avec moi Je tiens à vous remercier sincèrement pour la confiance que vous m'avez témoignée. Pour être honnête, je suis arrivé à la clinique avec une attitude très rigide et protocolaire. C’est à votre contact que ma pratique a réellement évolué vers une approche plus humaniste et authentique.
Bien que vous ayez réussi à retirer ma carapace, je reste toutefois « rigide » sur un point : l'importance d'un discours fondé sur les dernières données scientifiques !
D’ici mon départ Je continuerai de vous recevoir avec plaisir jusqu’au 31 mai. Ce sera l’occasion de clore ce chapitre ensemble et de vous remercier de vive voix pour votre confiance et votre fidélité.

Dear Clients,
I am writing to share some important news regarding my professional journey. After five wonderful years at the Clinique chiropratique des Allumettières, I will be stepping down from my role as a massage therapist at the end of May 2026. This departure coincides with the completion of my five-year program in osteopathy and my upcoming move to Rouyn-Noranda, in Abitibi, where I will be establishing my new practice.
A Thoughtful Transition Joining the clinic in May 2021 marked the beginning of a major project: further developing my expertise to better support you. Although I am moving away, my commitment to your health remains my top priority until my departure. Dr. Poulin and I are actively working on a transition strategy to provide you with high-quality care alternatives within the clinic, ensuring you continue to receive the support you need.
What I Will Take With Me I want to sincerely thank you for the trust you have placed in me. To be honest, I first arrived at the clinic with a very rigid and protocol-driven approach. Through my interactions with you, my practice has truly evolved into a more humanistic and authentic approach.
While you have successfully managed to break through my "clinical shell," I remain "rigid" on one point: the importance of maintaining a practice grounded in the latest scientific research!
Until My Departure I will continue to see clients until May 31st. This will be an opportunity for us to close this chapter together and for me to thank you in person for your trust and loyalty over the years.
