Chocolate Hazelnut Protein Fudge
A seasonal favourite 🎄

1 scoop Oatdacious 3 in 1 Smoothie Protein
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 cup cashew butter
2 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp coconut oil, warmed and liquid
1 tsp vanilla powder or pure vanilla extract

Mix all ingredients in a bowl with a wooden spoon until creamy. Line bottom of loaf pan with parchment paper. Place mixture in dish, spread evenly. Top with garnishes of choice
Freeze for a few hours. Then cut into 1 inch squares with a knife. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.

Mocha Oat Latte Smoothie

1 1/2 cups oat milk
1/2 cup instant or brewed coffee, cooled in the fridge
1 scoop Oatdacious™ whipped vanilla smoothie protein
1/2 frozen banana
1 tsp cacao powder

In a large high-powered blender, add in all ingredients and blend on high for 1-2 minutes or until all ingredients are well combined. Add additional oat milk to desired consistency.

Pour smoothie into serving glass, top with cocoa powder and voila!

Oatdacious Protein Waffles

1 ripe banana
3 large eggs (at room temperature)
1 scoop Oatdacious smoothie protein
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp sea salt
Fresh berries to garnish
Maple syrup to taste

Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until a smooth batter forms.
Pour batter into a heated waffle iron and cook per your waffle iron instructions.
Set aside on a plate or wire rack to cool.
Serve with fresh fruit, maple syrup and enjoy!
