I’ve had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Paulene Kamps her research, passion for helping others and her DCD work is making a difference for so many individuals and their families 💕

During this 2025 DCD Awareness week, the International Society of Research and Advocacy for DCD (ISRA-DCD) encouraged us to wear teal (or blue) coloured clothing.

Because I still want to promote knowledge about DCD in my city and beyond, I decided to follow through with their request.

By turning my head slightly, you can see even my jewelry is teal!

It’s truly an amazing process I’m humbled to be apart of 🙌

Trauma isn’t just “all in the head.”

Yesterday’s JOY came from attending Tell Tale Harbour Musical at Mirvish Productions Indeed the “Kings in the Castle”!!! 3 years ago Ken and I saw the remarkable production in Charlottetown with our dear friends!! Sir Scott has been listening to the CD for 3 YEARS and yesterday we had the JOYFUL opportunity watching him watch his beloved Alan Doyle
