Yvonne is our last ‘Home for the Holidays’ resident’s favourite childhood memory! She shared that she loved watching hockey games with all her family and when their team went for a goal, her uncle would jump over the couch! Another great memory she shared was from when she was 5 years old, and she got everything she needed to be a cowgirl that Christmas.💕

Today is Giving Tuesday! Founded in 2012 as a global day of giving to support charities in our communities.
As part of our Giving Tuesday campaign, we are continuing with our ‘Home for the Holidays’ resident’s favourite childhood memories. Today we are featuring Teresa D. she shared about how much she loved when her whole family was together playing cards and games. And she loved spending time together at home.

We're happy to share our next photo in our 'Home for the Holidays' Giving Tuesday childhood holiday memories. Resident Pat was delighted to share with us that she loved dancing with her father and standing on his feet as he would move around. This was her favourite childhood memory. Pat also shared a photo of her and her father.

As part of our Giving Tuesday-Home for The Holiday childhood memories, William shared with us that his favourite childhood holiday memory is that he loved going to his Grandma’s house out on the farm. He enjoyed seeing all of his relatives and cousins, and having a big get together. William also shared a beautiful photo of his siblings.
