Throughout my life I experienced periods of social anxiety, low self-worth and work related stress. When I opened up to friends, family and co-workers about my experience I realized that I was not alone; everyone I knew was experiencing some form of dis-ease. Fueled by the motivation to feel well, I embarked on an exploration of natural wellness tools and techniques. That’s when I discovered the profound effects that holistic healing can have on well-being. I sought out my own certifications, gathered skilled practitioners and decided to open a practice to share these powerful healing tools with others.
