The BAO Institute For Healthy Living A 24/7/365 fitness facility known for its outstanding fitness consultation and Bao+Fitness Program.

THE BAO INSTITUTE FOR HEALTHY LIVING (formerly known as ATLANTIS ATHLETICS) is a locally owned, family operated, cheerfully appointed fitness-and-wellness centre. Features include (but are not limited to):

* A 24-hour gymnasium with locker rooms
* Entry- and elite-level GROUP EXERCISE classes
* Individually advised and dispensed nutritional supplements
* Private coaching customized to particular wants, needs, and circumstances

Currently in the works for launch this winter: A cafe; a library; nutritional consulting; organic/artisanal personal-care products; and our own line of fashion-forward active apparel through our BAO FASHION boutique.

THE BAO INSTITUTE FOR HEALTHY LIVING is a modern 11,000 sq. ft. fitness facility, owned and operated by the Bahm family in Georgetown.

Since September 2005, our members-only club has provided FITNESS –NUTRITION –WELLNESS to all our members through service, education and results.

Our mission is to continually improve and maintain a high level of excellence in order to meet and exceed our customers' expectations. We are dedicated to serving our community by providing the best possible health club experience in the market.
