A chiropractic assessment and treatment at Sunshine Coast Clinics includes:

📝 Initial Consultation
Review of your medical history, lifestyle, pain, mobility concerns, past injuries, surgeries, and chronic conditions.

🔍 Physical Examination
Assessment of posture, range of motion, spinal alignment, neurological and orthopedic testing, and hands-on palpation.

🩺 Diagnosis & Discussion
Clear explanation of findings and discussion of your treatment plan. Imaging referrals may be recommended if required.

🤲 Chiropractic Treatment
May include spinal adjustments, soft tissue therapy, joint mobilization, therapeutic exercises, and ergonomic advice.

🔄 Follow-Up & Aftercare
You may experience relief or mild soreness. Follow-up care, home exercises, hydration, and follow up recommendations may be provided.
