Apologies for being away for so long, this year has been a doozy! I'm organizing my fall schedule. I will be working from home with limited week day hours while my kids are at school.

I will also be adding in a few days per month where I will be available for palliative/comfort care mobile massage therapy appointments for palliative patients at Sechelt Hospital, Christenson Village and Silverstone Care Centre. Please send me a message if you would like this service for yourself or a family member.

Update. I will be off work for a few weeks recovering from a surgery. When I return to work I will be working from my home office space in lower Gibsons. I will update here on this page when I'm available for bookings again.

Note, Dec 21st will likely be my last day working in 2023 before I go on winter holidays with my family. If you are trying to get in another treatment or two before the end of the benefits year, then book soon.

Hey folks,

Sorry I was hit with a nasty bug and have had my schedule unavailable while recovering. I've just put my schedule back up, so feel free to book in and share with your friends.
I will be tweaking my schedule a bit over the next little while to make room for volunteering and some assisted living palliative care. Most of my availability will be during school hours as I have young school aged children, but I will try to add in some afternoon availability on the days there is someone available to watch my kids. If there are particular mid week days/times that work best for your schedule, let me know! I also have a little bit of flexibility for adding in an extra treatment on a scheduled day off if I'm free and it falls within school days/hours.

How do you return to healthy movement after an injury when there is still pain? How do you introduce healthy movement and exercise when you experience chronic pain? Your body was made to move, your body functions better when it moves... but how do we make movement in our body feel safe when our body is giving us pain signals that tell us to stop? How do we find that sweet spot of getting the right level of exercise to encourage healing, but not so much that we are setting ourselves back?

Hi everyone,

The e-mails are starting to roll in asking me when I'm returning to work. As of right now, I don't know. For various COVID-19 related reasons it is unlikely that I will be returning to work before the end of the summer. I sincerely apologise.
I hope you are all finding ways to keep your body and mind healthy during this stressful time.
I miss working and I miss all of you.
