We gather as women, of all ages and stages, in an intimate, heart-led space where you are deeply held and fully welcome.
Mornings begin with the jungle waking around you — meditation, movement, and the return to Self.
Days unfold slowly with nourishing meals, ocean/pool swims, meaningful connection, and space to simply be.
Through therapeutic breathwork, we clear, soften, and come home to what matters.
Haramara Retreat Centre — a private oceanfront jungle sanctuary just outside Sayulita, Mexico.
Open-air cabanas, candlelit evenings, barefoot pathways, and sunsets that stay with you long after you leave.

Waterfront Yoga is coming back 🌊

There is something very special about practicing by the ocean—breathing together, moving gently, and starting our Sundays grounded in community.

This summer, we meet again!

As always, I’m opening a locals-only presale for two days only April 6 & 7 ✨
A soft invitation to commit early—to yourself, your body, and to slow Sunday mornings by the sea.

This January, I’m hosting two Conscious Connected Breathwork circles—an invitation to begin the year intentionally, gently, and in your body.

Breathwork is a sacred practice.
A way to clear what’s heavy, quiet the mind, and move back into the intelligence of the heart 💗

My heart could burst ✨

Our women’s retreat in Mexico was pure magic — a week of going inward and truly living our theme: Trust the Path.
Haramara Retreat Centre held us so beautifully. Nestled in the jungle and above a powerful beach and ocean, it all created the perfect container for self inquiry, reflection and rest.

23 incredible women joined me this year ! — a supportive and cohesive group that brought me to tears many times over with their willingness, friendships, and dedication to self care.
Thank you for showing up fully—for yourself, and for each other.
It is an honour to sit with all of you in circle.
To witness you, and walk beside you.

Many returned for a second retreat with me, and that trust means more than I can ever put into words.🙏🙏🙏
