Jessi bridges the gap between body, mind and spirit through her deep understanding of the human body and how energetic blockages create physical symptoms in our bodies. With over 13 years of experience in the personal training business, she has discovered that what we see on the outside is merely the beginning. Jessi understands that in order to meet our needs we need to go within. Through this understanding she has mastered the art of Reiki, allowing the physical to meet the unseen. Jessi honours the body's wisdom and uses this knowledge to help teach others that their body has everything it needs to heal. In a healing session with Jessi you will feel at ease and comforted by your higher self, as you release any blockages that are no longer in alignment with your truth.
