WHAT TO EXPECT FROM YOUR INITIAL MANUAL OSTEOPATHY APPOINTMENT:

- Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow enough time to fill out initial paperwork ( 3 forms total including Manual Osteopathy Intake and consent forms)
- Bring shorts with you
- There will be an initial consultation, assessment, followed by a treatment
- Please remove your jewelry and bring an elastic to tie your hair
- I will perform an osteopathic manual assessment and treatment without a shirt on and in shorts
(women can keep their bras on)
- Please plan to come for 1 hour
- Have your cell phone turned off or muted

Cash, cheque or e-transfer, I don't accept debit or credit cards. Please pay the day of treatment.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Please allow for a minimum of 24-48 hours of cancellation notice. Your appointment time has been reserved for you alone. No shows and late cancellations will be charged 50% of the regular appointment fee.
